亚低温对脑缺血再灌注后炎症反应的作用

摘要
免疫机制 ,尤其是免疫细胞和细胞因子在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的关键性作用已得到充分证实和重视 ,而亚低温治疗则可通过抑制脑缺血再灌注后白细胞的黏附、聚集和浸润 ,阻断脑缺血再灌注后的炎症级联反应 ,从而起到脑保护作用。亚低温可能是通过抑制白细胞黏附分子及炎性细胞因子的过度表达而起到上述效应的
