摘要：

白细胞介素-1(IL-1)是具有多种生物效应的细胞因子。正常时某些脑细胞可以表达少量IL-1,脑缺血后IL-1表达明显增加。文章综述IL-1在脑缺血损伤中的表达、作用和机制。
