摘要：

随着信息化的推进,组织在信息技术上的投资不断增加,信息技术对组织绩效影响成为研究者所关注的问题。本文对相关文献进行回顾,并从中提炼出基于中介变量和调节变量的研究新视角。在此基础上本文提出了信息技术对组织绩效影响的整合模型,该模型引入IT能力作为中介变量,引入IT治理模式作为调节变量。
