摘要
营销的概念产生于20世纪50年代。国外图书馆营销理论研究在经历了形成期、提升与发展期后,逐渐渗透应用于图书馆的各个领域。我国图书馆营销的理论研究和实践尚处在初级阶段,所以须借鉴国外图书馆营销理论研究的先进成果,重视图书馆营销理论的研究,进一步倡导和推动对图书馆服务营销的研究与实践。
