权变视角下外部搜索对产品创新绩效的影响:组织冗余的调节作用

摘要
本研究从权变视角入手,对外部搜索与产品创新绩效的关系,以及组织冗余的调节效应进行了实证检验。研究以制造业企业为样本,经由回归分析,得出结论:外部搜索深度及广度对产品创新绩效都具有显著正向影响,未吸收冗余能够加强外部搜索深度及广度对创新绩效的提升作用。已吸收冗余能够加强外部搜索深度对创新绩效的提升作用,但是会降低外部搜索广度对创新绩效的提升作用。外部搜索深度及广度能够协同性地提升产品创新绩效,这种协同效应在企业拥有较充分的冗余资源的时候显现得更加明显。
