<正>抑郁症是老年期最常见的精神障碍之一,临床上有显著症状的心境障碍患者中有25%是65岁以上的老年人[1]。患有躯体疾病的老年人抑郁症的发生率更可达50%。老年抑郁症患者在诸如烦躁不安和无价值感、内疚等认知情感症状的表现较青壮年少,而在睡眠障碍、疲劳、精神运动迟
