大数据在生物医学信息学研究中的作用日益重要,介绍大数据在生物信息学、临床医学信息学、影像信息学和公共卫生信息学4个领域的应用,列举并总结一些最近的工作进展,对未来大数据在生物医疗领域的发展进行展望。
