摘要：

Objective:To understand the values of mode rn middle school students.Methods:805 middle school stud ents of Hangzhou city we re tested by the Rokeach V alue Questionnaire.Results:For middle school students of H angzhou,the most favoured ultimate values were world peace,security of country,s ecurity of family and personal freedom .The most important instrumental values w ere open-hearted,honesty,bright,literacy.Conclusion:The values of modern middle students have taken significant changes as c ompared to youth in 1989.
