摘要：

城市更新作为全球性的运动和城市发展策略,持续不断地受到西方学者的关注。近十年来,西方城市更新研究经历了快速发展,并步入到稳定发展阶段,理论和实践日趋成熟。利用Citespace软件对近十年来的国外城市更新研究文献进行分析,归纳总结西方城市更新研究的脉络和发展动态。结合热点主题词分析和相关文献的综述,重点从绅士化、创意城市、可持续发展、收缩城市等几个方面阐述研究趋势,最后提出城市更新研究的启示和展望。
