摘要
科学教师作为教育教学活动的主体之一,对科学教学的有效实施和学生科学能力的培养都起着关键的作用,因此,近年来关于科学教师的研究逐渐增多。相关研究主要围绕四个主题进行:专业发展模型的研究主要致力于建构文化理论模型和实践模型;专业知识的研究主要探讨知识的进阶、概念转换及其内部构成;专业信念的研究集中于探究信念和实践之间的简单线性关系和复杂混合关系;专业能力的研究则主要分析科学教师的教学能力和教育能力。一系列的研究为科学教师的专业发展指明了科学的路径,也为教师教育提供了实践性意义。
