摘要：

用金属支架治疗结直肠癌所致急性肠梗阻是一种有效的新方法,操作简单且并发症少,可避免急诊手术、降低手术死亡率及并发症发生率,提高了姑息性肠减压患者的生存质量并为放疗及化疗提供了条件。本文对结直肠支架的适应证与禁忌证、操作方法、应用效果、并发症及其处理作一综述。
