膝骨关节炎软骨下骨髓水肿样病变的危险因素研究

摘要
目的探讨膝骨关节炎磁共振出现软骨下骨髓水肿样病变(BMLs)的危险因素。方法 41例膝骨关节炎患者纳入研究,采用WORMS法评估膝关节磁共振软骨下BMLs,采用Logistic回归分析BMLs的危险因素。结果体重指数、年龄是膝关节软骨下BMLs的危险因素,体重指数(r=0.437,P=0.004)、年龄(r=0.358,P=0.022)分别与BMLs呈正相关。结论体重指数、年龄是膝骨关节炎软骨下BMLs的危险因素,体重指数、年龄越大,软骨下BMLs也越严重。
