可用于载人航天温度监测的石英温度传感器的设计

摘要
目的设计一种适合载人航天高精度温度测量的数字式石英温度传感器。方法基于压电谐振理论,分析音叉式石英片弯曲振动机理,利用石英晶体的一阶频率-温度特性,设计出ZYtw(θ/)双转角音叉式石英温度传感器。结果对用于载人航天温度监测的石英温度传感器的静、动态特性进行测试,该传感器的标称频率为31.530kHz,分辨率可达到0.03℃/Hz,外形尺寸为3×8mm,动态响应时间小于4.5s。结论本文设计的音叉式石英温度传感器各项性能满足载人航天高精度温度监测要求,验证了设计方法的正确性和有效性。
