摘要
企业内部信任与控制的关系虽然受到不少学者的关注,但关于不同类型组织控制下特定主体间信任对企业创新行为影响的研究很少。通过整合组织内部信任、内部控制以及技术创新模式文献并采用理论推导的方法,探讨大股东与经理人间不同类型信任在不同控制模式下对企业创新策略选择的影响。
