气囊导管扩张治疗输尿管狭窄

摘要：

报告5例用气囊导管扩张治疗输尿管狭窄,其中4例因输尿管切开取石术后引起,1例为肾盂成形术后狭窄。随访3至18个月均无重新狭窄和肾积水加重,与开放手术比较,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。
