<正>概述作为全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)术中和术后的一个重要并发症,假体周围骨折严重影响人工关节假体固定的稳定性以及术后患者的康复过程,需要及时加以处理。与股骨侧假体周围骨折相比,髋臼侧假体周围骨折的发生率相对较低,一般并不会涉及髋臼柱的结构稳定性,因而对于假体的整体稳定性影响不大,预后相对良好[1-3]。与THA相关的髋臼侧假体
