摘要：

重组人脑利钠肽可扩张动脉和静脉,利尿排钠,提高肾小球滤过率,对抗肾上腺素,抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统,降低血浆醛固酮和内皮素,抗心脏重塑。近年来,多个前瞻性临床试验证明了重组脑利钠肽对心力衰竭患者治疗的有效性和安全性,本文对此进行综述。
