摘要：

综述高效液相色谱法在蛋白质分离检测中的应用,概括分析了反相分配色谱、亲和层析、离子交换色谱、分子排阻色谱和疏水色谱等几种常用的蛋白质色谱分离模式,以及相应的检测技术,并展望了该法在蛋白质分离分析方面的应用。
