健康教育联合延续性护理对脑外伤患者术后康复效果的影响

摘要
目的探讨健康教育联合延续性护理对脑外伤术后患者康复效果的影响。方法 2014年12月—2016年6月收治脑外伤行手术患者120例,按照配对设计法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组进行健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上联合延续性护理。采用标准化神经心理学检查方法(loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment,LOTCA)、简易精神状态检查表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评价脑外伤后患者认知障碍程度,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、生活自理能力评定Barthel指数(BI)评价2组患者神经功能缺损以及自理能力,并比较2组患者护理满意度。结果 2组患者入院时LOTCA及MMSE评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患者干预6个月后各项评分均上升,观察组LOTCA及MMSE评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时2组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分以及自理能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,2组患者各评分均显著改善,且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组患者的71.67%(Z=-2.836,P<0.05)。结论采用健康教育联合延续性护理针对脑外伤术后患者恢复,可显著提高患者认知功能,改善神经缺损,提高自理能力,提高护理满意度,因此值得临床推广应用。
