数字图书馆用户认知风格对信息检索行为影响研究

文章从两个角度探索认知风格对信息检索行为的影响:认知风格与感知有用性、感知易用性、感知美学、用户偏好、检索绩效之间的关系;感知有用性、感知易用性、感知美学在认知风格与用户偏好之间起到中介作用。研究结果显示:认知风格对感知有用性、感知易用性、感知美学、用户偏好有显著影响,但对检索绩效的影响不显著;感知有用性和感知美学在认知风格与用户偏好之间起着中介作用;场依存用户更容易受到系统质量和特征的影响,场独立用户则不易受影响。
