摘要：

美国联邦政府对艺术人文不直接干预,致使联邦政府对待艺术人文仅是在《国家艺术暨人文基金会法案》架构下,由国家艺术基金会、国家人文基金会、博物馆与图书馆服务署,以及地方人文与艺术委员会对全美人文艺术事业进行管理。美国文化管理具备一些特点:政府关注度日益提升;政府引导但不直接干涉;项目申请程序严格规范;事权责任还权于地方。
