多囊卵巢综合征代谢异常治疗新进展

摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,其主要症状包括因高雄激素导致的多毛症、痤疮,月经失调以及因稀发排卵或无排卵而导致的不孕。此外,PCOS患者罹患代谢功能障碍和心血管疾病的风险显著增加。在临床上,其内科的治疗方法包括饮食和生活方式干预、调经抗雄激素及改善代谢综合征等。现阶段包括改善胰岛素抵抗及调脂抗炎等代谢治疗的多种方法相结合的综合治疗已逐渐成为发展趋势。二甲双胍、小檗碱、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体激动剂等多种调整代谢综合征的药物正逐渐被广泛应用于PCOS的治疗,且取得多方面的疗效。该文就PCOS患者代谢异常治疗的新进展作系统评述。
