摘要：

游离DNA是一种存在于血浆或血清、脑脊液及滑膜液等体液中的细胞外DNA。体液中游离DNA水平和(或)基因的改变与疾病的发生发展有密切的关系。作为一种新型的检测对象,游离DNA取材简便,更适合于临床疾病的研究应用。游离DNA在临床肿瘤中的研究应用广泛,研究发现游离DNA的改变与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。
