摘要
<正>脑卒中是发病率、致残率和致死率都很高的疾病,幸存者75%以上留有不同程度的后遗症。近年来脑卒中后的康复治疗引起高度重视[1],相应的措施及其机制研究也受到广泛关注[2]。以往认为一侧大脑半球的受损所引起的神经功能缺损可以通过对侧代偿[3],之后发现卒中后受损侧大脑半球可塑性可以影响康复效果[4],但其证据并不充分。本文采用Meta分析探讨受损侧大脑半球可塑性变化与卒中后运动功能改善之间的联系,为康复治疗提供理论依据。
