摘要：

目的:为决策者建立更能反映糖尿病疾病过程的模型提供信息。方法:进行文献回顾,介绍和比较不同的糖尿病模型,包括决策树模型、Markov模型和离散事件模拟模型。结果与结论:由于离散事件模拟模型能够考虑糖尿病并发症间的关系、患者对医疗资源的使用以及时间的连续性,因此适合用于建立糖尿病治疗模型。
