<正> 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种可以预防、可以治疗的疾病,以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征;气流受限呈进行性加重,与肺部对有害气体或颗粒的异常炎症反应有关。氧化和抗氧化失衡、慢性炎症、蛋白酶和抗蛋白酶失衡以及异常的细胞凋亡活动与 COPD 的发病密切相关。一、氧化/抗氧化失衡与 COPD正常人体内存在氧化/抗氧化平衡。气道中主要的氧化
