摘要：

抑制素、激活素和卵泡抑素主要由垂体细胞和卵巢颗粒细胞分泌,是细胞转化生长因子-β超家族的成员。通过内分泌及自/旁分泌调节作用参与了女性体内众多的生殖生理活动。本文综述关于抑制素、激活素和卵泡抑素的研究进展,包括生物合成、信号传导的调节、生理作用机制,在女性生殖生理中的重要作用及其相关临床研究及应用。
