摘要
迷走传入神经元接受脑-肠肽的信号刺激并传递至下丘脑,对摄食行为进行调节。胆囊收缩素(CCK)作为一种重要的胃肠激素,在脑-肠轴调控机制中起关键作用,它能够兴奋迷走传入神经元,调节某些G蛋白偶联受体的兴奋性以及其他肽类神经递质的释放。本文就胃肠激素参与脑-肠轴调控机制的进展,特别是CCK在迷走传入神经途径中的"枢纽"作用作一综述。
