<正> 皮质下动脉硬化性白质脑病(SAE)或称Binswanger's病,较为少见。随着人口寿命延长,痴呆发病率的增加,CT和RI(磁共振)的临床应用,至今已报道113例。随着人们对本病的关注,今后将有明显增多的趋热。一、流行病学
