成都地区高尿酸血症的患病情况及相关因素分析

摘要：

目的探讨成都地区成年居民高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)患病率及与代谢紊乱相关指标的关系。方法对2010年41501名在四川大学华西医院进行健康体检者进行血压、体重指数(BMI)及生化指标测定,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果①高尿酸血症的总患病率为20.14%,其中男性患病率为28.53%,女性为8.44%,男性发病率明显高于女性(P<0.01)。50岁后的女性HUA的患病率明显升高;而男性的发病情况与年龄无明显相关。②HUA的发病率随BMI的升高而增高。③BMI、血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)是HUA危险因素,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)是HUA的保护因素。结论成都地区成年居民高尿酸血症患病率较高,且男性明显高于女性;同时HUA与代谢紊乱密切相关。
