摘要：

真实型领导是一种把领导者的积极心理能力与高度发展的组织情境结合起来发挥作用的行为和特质。从评论真实型领导的定义和结构以及比较真实型领导与其他类型领导的联系和区别出发,介绍了如何对真实型领导进行评估以及评估的方法。在此基础上,提出相应的问题和未来研究方向。最后指出真实型领导研究仍然有较大领域有待开发。
