摘要
在商业伦理研究领域,存在三种主要的研究视角,即康德主义、实用主义和德性伦理。目前,从德性伦理视角研究商业伦理越来越受到学者们的欢迎。组织德性是组织作为整体的伦理性格特征,本文通过文献回顾,介绍了组织德性的研究源起、概念界定、维度与测量、形成条件及影响效应,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
