摘要：

2009年6月,美国心脏协会（AHA）/美国卒中协会（ASA）在Stroke上发布了短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的新定义,即脑、脊髓或视网膜局灶性缺血所致的、未伴发急性脑梗死的短暂性神经功能障碍。既往对小卒中的研究中使用了多种标准对小卒中进行定义,目前美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）≤3分是临床研究中常用的小卒中定义标准。由于TIA和小卒中患者是处于严重大血管事件的高危人群,尤其那些病情很轻而不需要或不愿意接受组织型纤溶酶原激活物治疗的小卒中患者应该受到更多的关注。采用传统的影像学检查方法(如头部CT及MRI T1、T2加权
