乙型肝炎病人自发性抑制性T细胞功能及其与T细胞亚群的关系

摘要：

对74例各型乙肝病人外周血自发性抑制性T细胞（STs）功能进行了检测,并借助葡萄球菌A花环法对其中24例慢性乙肝病人同时检测了外周血T细胞亚群。证实慢活肝STs功能明显低下,慢迁肝略为低下,携带者STs功能正常。慢乙肝患者OKT8+细胞百分率增高,OKT4/OKT8比值下降,而其中HBeAg阳性组下降更为明显。慢乙肝OKT8+细胞百分率与STs功能呈正相关关系,而多数慢活肝病人同时存在STs功能低下、OKT8+细胞增多,提示增多的OKT8+细胞主要为细胞毒T细胞。
