摘要：

With the development of network information resources,the demand for organizing and exploiting network information resources becomes extremely urgent.This article studies the goal of organizing and exploiting network information resources.After analyzing its influence factors,this article studies the general goal and specific goal of organizing and exploiting network information resources.The means of realizing these goals is also discussed.
