影子连带对企业知识转移影响研究:以动态环境为调节变量

摘要：

以往针对企业组织网络关系的研究,通常从社会资本、结构洞、关系、强连带和弱连带等理论出发,很少有学者研究虚拟存在的影子连带对企业发展的影响。通过调查长三角地区60家企业,实证分析了在动态环境下影子连带对企业知识转移的影响。研究结果表明,影子连带与企业知识转移存在倒U型关系,其中未来连带与企业知识转移存在倒U型关系,而过去连带与企业知识转移存在U型关系;动态环境正向调节两者关系。
