中老年人隔代照顾、居住安排与抑郁状况关联研究

摘要：

基于"2011年中国健康与养老追踪调查"数据,通过多元线性回归验证祖父母隔代照顾的强度与其自身抑郁症状的关系,并依据隔代同住和隔代非同住的居住安排、农村和城镇地区分别建立模型。孙子女可能是祖父母的重要情感支持,但是隔代同住且提供高强度照顾的祖父母,或隔代家庭的祖父母均不利于自身的精神健康。子女支持和社会交往可能弱化或替代隔代照顾与祖父母抑郁症状频率的正向关系。
