骨质疏松症作为一种隐匿的流行病严重影响了老年人健康并带来沉重的社会和经济负担,骨质疏松症必将成为老年病研究的热点领域。目前老年骨质疏松症的诊断、药物选择和病情监测均有待规范,合理诊断和治疗骨质疏松症需要患者和多专业医生的携手合作。
