摘要：

为了推动社会经济的可持续协调发展和创新能力的提升,欧盟于2008年4月在里斯本战略(Lisbon strategy)框架指导下,成立了欧洲创新工学院(EIT),并在全面贯彻知识三角(knowledge triangle)发展思路中,通过高等教育、科学研究和产业创新之间的互动,逐渐形成了极具特色的协同组织模式——知识和创新共同体(KICs)。经过数年的探索,其已成为至今发展规模最大、影响最为广泛的区域协同创新模式。分析该模式在知识生产管理、人才培养和技术转移等方面的实践经验,可为我国建设区域协同创新联盟提供借鉴。
