摘要：

本文通过对中国大中型企业的R&D投入影响因素进行分析,探讨其技术状况。分析采用了国际贸易、FDI、政府R&D投入和企业规模四个影响因素,首先对方程的稳定性进行检验,然后进行回归分析,并进一步结合大中型企业的其它科技统计指标进行讨论。本文的分析得出大中型企业的整体技术还和国际先进水平有较大的差距,且两极分化现象明显,对大多数企业而言,当务之急是建立研发体系,尽快培养技术吸收能力。
