聚乳酸薄膜预防肌腱粘连的研究

摘要：

我们根据聚乳酸薄膜在体内无毒、无致癌性,能自行降解的特性,将它包裹肌腱缝合口。通过动物实验观察,术后3～9周肌腱周围形成一个完整的腔隙,薄膜在体内13周开始出现降解吸收,至24周薄膜基本吸收,能达到预防粘连的目的。从1985年11月～1989年9月,临床应用14例20条肌腱。随访结果,优良率为81.8％。使用聚乳酸薄膜预防肌腱粘连的适应证为手指各区屈肌腱断裂作一期、延迟一期或二期缝合的病例。
