<正>4分析方法4.1包络分析法包络分析法是Charns1978年研究开发的用于评价事业活动的评价方法。一般情况下评价事业活动时是根据投入和产出的比值即投入产出率来计算经营效率,产出与支出越大事业活动效率越高。在各个事业活动中,投入因素很多,各自对于产出的影响不同,不能单纯地计算产出与投入的和来确定效率,为了适应事业活动的复杂情况,提出了包络分析法这一有效的方法。如前所述,包络分析法为了得到事业体活动的产出物,必须使用投入要素,并通过投入产出效率的变换过程来评价效
