流行性感冒灭活疫苗接种人体后的反应与免疫效果

摘要：

目的　观察流行性感冒灭活疫苗人体接种后的反应与免疫效果。方法　接种后进行一般反应观察，采用血球凝集抑制试验测定血清中３种抗体滴度。结果　接种后一般反应率为７．２％。Ｈ１Ｎ１、Ｈ３Ｎ２和Ｂ型抗体阳转率分别是８４．３６％、８７．９２％和９２．８０％。接种后的血清抗体ＧＭＴ分别增长１２．０、９．１和１０．２倍。３种抗体的保护率分别为９５．３％、９２．４％和９７．７％。结论　流行性感冒灭活疫苗是一种很安全的制品，人体接种后具有良好的耐受性和较高的免疫保护效果。
