摘要：

通过查阅近年来相关文献,对各前处理技术的原理、应用、局限性等方面进行综述。结果表明,每种生物样品前处理技术都有一定的针对性和局限性,但生物样品前处理技术正向微量、省时、高效、在线、环境友好的方向发展。
