摘要：

近年来,巴基斯坦伊斯兰极端势力日益活跃,其恐怖袭击活动愈演愈烈,而且越来越从部落区向境内其他地区乃至国外扩散,严重威胁巴国家安全和社会稳定,并殃及中国在巴人员和机构的安全。"9.11"以来,穆沙拉夫政府派出10万军队进驻部落区打击极端主义势力,取得了一些成果,但因受历史、地理和社会背景以及地缘政治等因素的影响,伊斯兰极端势力仍不时兴风作浪。
