摘要
低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的氧化修饰是动脉粥样硬化(AS)的主要致病因素,抑制氧化型LDL(oxLDL)形成的药物在对抗AS形成中发挥重要作用。这些药物包括天然及合成的抗氧化剂两类,均通过一种或多种途径作用于LDL氧化,表现为各种形式的抗氧化作用,羟基酚的结构在此过程中发挥重要作用。
