卡维地洛治疗心力衰竭的疗效及安全性观察

摘要：

目的 :评估国产卡维地洛治疗充血性心力衰竭 ( CHF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :10 0例 CHF患者在常规治疗、病情基本稳定的基础上 ,随机分为卡维地洛 ( A组 )、美多心安 ( B组 )组。均从小剂量 ( A组 ,2 .5 mgbid;B组 ,6.2 5 mg ,bid)开始 ,缓慢递增。治疗前后分别进行心功能 ( NYHA )分级评估 ,血液常规 ,生化 ,肝、肾功能 ,心电图、超声心动图检查 ,并进行对照。结果 :与治疗前相比 ,治疗 3个月后两组的心功能分级、左心室射血分数均有明显改善 ,且 A组较 B组改善更为明显 ( A组从 0 .4 0到 0 .4 8,P <0 .0 1;B组从 0 .4 3到 0 .4 9,P <0 .0 5 )。左心室收缩末期、舒张末期内径均有缩小趋势。无肝、肾功能损害 ,不良反应少 ,且有相当一部分患者能耐受较大剂量。结论 :卡维地洛与美多心安对 CHF均有较好的疗效 ,前者在某些方面更具优势
