<正>近年来,关于轻度认知障碍(mild cognitiveimpairment,MCI)的概念、标准、诊断和治疗方面相关研究不断进展,为指南制定提供了依据。本指南旨在结合临床实践,对MCI的临床分型、诊断流程、预防和治疗等方面进行推荐。本指南中文献证据级别和推荐强度标准:(1)证据来源:专家通过检索Medline、Cochrane Library、ScienceDirect、OVID和中国期刊全文数据库,获取1998—2010年间的痴呆相关干预性临床试验、系统综述、荟萃分析(Meta)分析、个案报道等结论。其
