重症患者肠屏障功能检测指标的研究进展

摘要
重症患者常出现急性胃肠功能损伤,导致肠屏障功能障碍,其与预后密切相关。因此,肠屏障功能的评价越来越受到重视,目前评价方法分体外和体内法。体外方法通过肠组织活检经免疫组化和扫描电子显微镜观察;体内方法通过肠道渗透性试验以及生物标志物评估肠上皮完整性,如肠道细菌代谢产物、肠道内相关酶或蛋白质、细菌标志物如循环内毒素等。本文就近年来肠屏障功能的主要检测指标及其研究进展进行综述。
