摘要
失语症是脑卒中后常见的并发症,对患者的工作、家庭和社会交往能力影响巨大。重复经颅磁刺激治疗(r TMS)是用于诱导或增强神经可塑性的一种安全无创的方法,有助于脑卒中后失语症的恢复。本文从言语恢复的机制、r TMS治疗在脑卒中后失语症恢复中的应用进行综述。
